The chap on the left with a moustache is my great uncle, Charles Mayes, who won the CGM for gallantry during the action by extinguishing a fire in a casemate. He went down in the Goliath in the Dardanelles in May 1915 - always wondered how he got there having been off the Falklands in HMS Kent five months before.
